Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
This is a starting template, not legal advice — have it reviewed by a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on it, especially the sections on liability, arbitration, and real-estate-specific obligations.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using Influx ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Influx is a customer relationship management platform for real estate professionals, including lead tracking, appointment scheduling, AI-assisted email drafting, and document management with e-signature support.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. A valid payment method is required to create an account, even on the free tier — you won't be charged unless and until you upgrade to a paid plan.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes another party's rights
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of the lead, client, and document data you store in Influx. You're responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store and process that data, including compliance with any applicable real estate, consumer-privacy, and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers to function, including Stripe (payments), DocuSign (e-signature), Twilio (SMS), Anthropic (AI drafting), and Google/Microsoft (connected email accounts). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-drafted content and detected appointments should be reviewed before relying on them — we're not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
