About Influx
We build CRMs that actually work the way an industry works.
For over a decade, Influx has designed and shipped customer relationship management software for teams that refused to bend their workflow to fit generic software. Today, that experience powers our most ambitious product yet: an agentic AI CRM built specifically for real estate professionals.
Our Story
Influx started as a small team of engineers frustrated by off-the-shelf CRMs that treated every business the same. Since then, we've partnered with companies across healthcare, finance, hospitality, logistics, and retail to build CRM systems tailored to how those industries actually sell, service, and retain customers. Each engagement taught us something new about what makes relationship management software genuinely useful versus merely functional.
That accumulated experience is the foundation of everything we build today.
Built Across Industries
Healthcare
Patient relationship and referral tracking systems built around compliance and care coordination.
Financial Services
Client pipelines and advisory workflows designed for long-term relationship management.
Hospitality
Guest engagement platforms that turn one-time bookings into repeat business.
Logistics & Retail
Account management tools built for high-volume, fast-moving customer pipelines.
Our Focus Today
An Agentic AI CRM, Built for Real Estate
Real estate agents don't need another place to log contacts — they need a system that acts. Influx's newest platform uses agentic AI to work alongside agents, not just store data for them.
Lead Management
AI agents qualify, score, and route incoming leads automatically, so agents spend time on people who are ready to move.
Appointment Scheduling
The CRM negotiates showings and follow-ups directly with clients, resolving conflicts and confirming details without back-and-forth.
Follow-Up & Nurture
Agents keep every lead warm with context-aware check-ins, market updates, and reminders timed to each client's stage in the process.
Why We Build This Way
We believe the best CRM isn't the one with the most features — it's the one that removes work from a person's day. Every product we ship, across every industry we've served, is measured against that same standard: does this make the relationship easier to manage, or just easier to record?
